Executive 4 Bed vacation home in prestigious gated community in Davenport

Our lovely vacation home, has 4 bedrooms, (two en-suite), a large living room, dining room and kitchen with breakfast nook. There is a games room, comprising billiards, table tennis, air hockey, hoops and electronic
darts, for our guests to enjoy. Outside there is a covered lanai, heated 28ft pool and 7ft spa, set in an extended deck, together with a lawn to the rear. The vacation home is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in the
bedrooms, living room and above the lanai for extra comfort.
Our vacation home is fully furnished in Floridian style, is
tastefully decorated and provides 1800sq ft of living space. It can
sleep up to 8 plus an infant in a cot, with a king-size bed in one
bedroom and queen size in the second master, twin beds in the others
and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a 32’’ flat screen LCD cable TV, VCR/DVD and HiFi in the living room and a 19’’ flat screen LCD cable TV in each master bedroom.
In the kitchen, there is an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, built-in
microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. In addition, there is
a washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Our vacation home is situated in a gated community within 15 minutes
of Disney and 2 minutes from two Greg Norman designed golf
courses at Champion’s Gate, where a Publix supermarket and a variety
of shops can also be found. The community overlooks a lake
surrounded by conservation area and offers numerous recreational
activities.
It is easy to keep in touch with home as all telephone calls are
FREE
and we provide WIRELESS HI-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS free of charge.
Complimentary access to the community clubhouse is provided offering table tennis, gym equipment, tennis courts, volleyball and a large community pool.

Champions Gate development are moments away. The beaches of the Gulf
Coast are just over an hour's drive away. Jogging, cycling,
paragliding and horse riding activities are all within 20 minutes of
the villa.

Disney World is a 12 minute drive away whilst Universal is a 20
minute drive.
