Located in Central Lincoln City, this beautiful four bedroom, two and 1 half bath, Oceanfront home offers spectacular ocean views along with a

private setting among pine trees. Soak in the oceanfront hot tub as
you watch the whales by day or stargaze at night.
This two level, immaculate home is beautifully furnished with art from
around the world and all the amenities a vacation traveler could want.
Good cookware, coffee grinders, wine glasses, etc. in the kitchen, to
a fireplace, 3 cable TVs with DVD players, i-home/MP# stereo in the living room.Wifi is throughout the home.

From the interior of the home, the house offers stunning ocean views via
the large wall to wall and floor to ceiling double sliding glass doors
that lead to the large oceanside deck with tables, chairs, barbecue,
and outdoor hot tub. An additional deck at the front of the home
provides another outdoor dining area and is a perfect place to enjoy
coffee in the morning sun. Fido and the kids will be happy playing in
the grassy fenced oceanfront yard and for those who like to walk the
beach, the residential beach access is located only 7 houses away. A
clean public restroom is at this beach access with parking for 4 cars.
Bedrooms are as follows: King, Queen, 3 double beds in two rooms. New beds and linens for 2011 will provide the best sleep possible. All sheets and linens are provided as well as built in hair-dryers in bathrooms.

Grassy fenced yard is perfect for families, children and well behaved pets.

Queen Bedroom towards the front of the house has full bath. Upstairs
are two bedrooms: One double room and a room with two double beds. A
1/2 bathroom is between these two rooms. The two double bedded room has another TV with DVD player and is a wonderful place for young people to have their own space.
Guests love the comfort of our home, it's great beds and the cozy
sofas in the livingroom from which to view the ocean outside. The
leather recliner is also a hit!
The stainless steel gas grill on the oceanside deck is perfect for
grilling as the sun sets over the Pacific.
The oceanside outdoor hot tub is the perfect ending to a great day on
the beach!

$100 outclean. $25 one time pet fee

Summer 2011 rates: $2400/week. Sunday/Sundays. Weekly bookings

Memorial Day, Thanksgiving & New Years $350/night.
Christmas $275/night. 4 night minimum
PETS: We welcome well behaved pets, (limit 2) with onetime pet fee of
$25/pet.
