premier address on Navarre Beach which is just minutes from Fort 
Walton/Destin and Pensacola.  

Beach Colony resort, completed in 2003, is situated in Navarre Beach 
which is on Santa Rosa Island and has been rated as one of the top 
10 beaches in the US.  Beautiful sugar white sand and crystal clear 
emerald green water.   This is the perfect place to enjoy a your 
vacation.  Navarre is surrounded parks which contain over 15 miles 
of pristine beach and sand dunes.

The living room and master bedroom each have sliding doors which 
lead to a huge gulf front deck.  The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 
sliding doors and decks which face the intercostals waterway.  The 
kitchen breakfast nook windows face both the gulf and intercostals.

All rooms are furnished with beautiful 1st quality solid mahogany 
and 
teak tropical style furniture.  This condo sleeps up to 8 people (1 
king, 2 queens and 1 queen sleeper).  The kitchen and dining area 
have seating for 12 people.  The condo is equipped with 4 TV’s and 
DVD players

entertain kids are just minutes away.
