Cast your cares away in this great Town home located on Tybee 
Island. 
Enjoy great amenities such as:

Nicely decorated and wonderfully appointed furnishings.

Fully equipped kitchen, with top to the line appliances, dishwasher, 
microwave, toaster, blender, and much more.

Two large decks, with access from living room and master bedroom. 

Spacious living area with large TV/VCR Direct TV, fireplace, queen 
sleeper, and access to furnished deck, perfect for family gatherings.

Dining area with seating for 4, plus a breakfast bar for an extra 3 
guests. Extra tables and chairs are provided for several more guests.

Large master bedroom with private deck, queen bed, private bath with 
separate shower and  Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, large walk in 
closet, and a bunk bed (single over double).

Great guest room with queen bed and large TV/VCR Cable TV.

Second guest bedroom also with queen bed,  TV/VCR, and full 
bathroom, that is shared with the guest bedroom.

Full size bar on the entire bottom floor with seating for 8-10, 
complete with pool table, foosball table, Darts, Direct TV, and 
stereo. Perfect for entertaining.

Washer and dryer, linens and towels, local phone service, central 
heat/air, cable TV.

Maximum occupancy of 11 people.

Plenty of parking spaces.

Cancellations any time after reservation is made until 20 days prior 
to arrival will result in a
 $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 20 days to 6 days  
prior to arrival will result in a $ 200.00 
cancellation fee.  Cancellations made within 5 or fewer days before 
arrival will result in loss of the entire
rental deposit, unless property is able to be re-rented.
These rates exclude holiday periods. Call for details.
* 5 Night Minimum on all stays in June, July and Aug. 
Pet friendly, only small pets under 20 1bs. allowed. Pet deposit is 
$200.
