to arrival will result in a
$100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 20 days to 6 days
prior to arrival will result in a $ 200.00
cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 5 or fewer days before
arrival will result in loss of the entire
rental deposit, unless property is able to be re-rented.
