A lovely lower level condo with three bedrooms that include one with
a bunk bed and the other two bedrooms; queen size bed each. Wall-to-
wall ceramic floors, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room
area and full bath and shower.

2nd Floor

The middle floor has a fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher/disposal and a full bath and shower. It has two
bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and one with two twin sized
beds. There is an extra room for either a cot or storage.

3rd Floor

The condo comes with a full bath and a stacked washer and dryer. It
includes a living room, one bedroom with a queen size bed, wall-to-
wall carpeting, and an eat in kitchen with dishwasher/disposal.

1st Floor: The amenities are cable TV and VCR/DVD and free local
telephone calls. Entrance to the beach is around the back of the
condo; estimated 20 feet walk to the edge of the beach.

2nd Floor: The condo comes with cable TV and VCR and free local
telephone calls and a washer and dryer.
The balcony has a beautiful deck with the ocean view just 20 feet
before it that walks right onto the beach.

3rd Floor: The third floor has a nice deck overlooking the beach and
also has a side deck off the kitchen. It also includes a great ocean
view from the living room, cable TV and VCR are provided along with
free local telephone calls.

The town of Wells, York County offers Mini-golf, Tennis, Movies, Stage Theatres
and Trolley services. It is a community that caters to all ages.
