Large beach house in St. George Plantation on Gulf Front acre lot.
All bedrooms front directly on the Gulf,have private baths and
direct deck access. 180 degree plus Gulf views from Kitchen, Dining
and Living Room. Two top level decks in full sun. Screened porch for
outside dining. Lower level deck covered for relaxing outside
without direct sun or in the rain. Private pool area has shaded area
for outside dining next to pool. Hot tub is in gated pool area. Plantation community has swimming pool,tennis courts, bike path and is wooded. St. George Island is a barrier island reached by bridge. Village area has 30 shops and restaurants. Tallest building is three stories. Two traffic lights in entire county (one of which is only flashing). Apalachicola (10 miles) has large grocery stores and many shops.

Three separate AC/Heat systems. Beds: Two Kings(one with memory foam
mattress), One queen waterbed, one regular queen, two twins, one
twin/double bunk, two queen electric air beds. Fully equipped kitchen with
JennAir range, microwave, blender, Cuisinart, tiled counters, butcher
block table, eating counter with six chairs. Leather sofas, fireplace.
Outdoor grill, fish cleaning sink, shower with hot water. Deck chairs,
lounges. Covered parking. 52" LCD TV and DVD/VCR player in LR; 37"
LCD TV and VCR/DVD in loft king bedroom. 32" LCD/DVD in all other
bedrooms. Cable TV (over 70 channels); high speed internet, with
wireless router for ethernet connections upstairs or wireless
throughout house. Washer/Dryer. Two refrigerators. Private heated
pool (extra charge for heating, $300 per week Oct-Dec,Mar-Apr,heating
not available in Jan-Feb) and hot tub. Free long distance.

Swimming, sunning, fishing, birding, shelling on five miles of
unspoiled sandy beaches. Walking, bicycling on island long bike
path.Kayak and boat rental available for delivery to house.Pristine
State Park with 11 miles of beaches at eastern end of island. Gulf
beaches are gentle with long areas of shallow water and safe
swimming for children. Waters in northern Florida are pleasant even
in the hottest months. Apalachicola Bay oysters, shrimp, grouper and
other fresh fish available daily. Landing strip in Plantation. About
70 miles to either Panama City or Tallahassee.

Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Rates include linens and
normal cleaning. Book now for 2010 to get 2009 rates.
