Vacation Rental Description

*This brand new home is just that - a home and not a cabin!  Located 
in the Bear Ridge community on Pumpkin Patch Mountain just north of 
the quaint town of Bakersville, NC.  We are between Roan Mountain 
Tn,and Mt Mitchell NC - just south of the Appalachian Trail at 
Carver's Gap and just north of the Blue Ridge Parkway at Spruce 
Pine.  
*Open plan to accommodate everyone with ease.  
*A great "whats in the area to do" book for visitors 
*Sitting on the porch you will have a beautiful view looking north 
to "The Roan" and be able to hear the lively Little Rock Creek 
below. 
*The valley is full of wildlife so don't be surprised by the parade 
of wild turkey, deer, and birds galore. 
*A wonderful development with very few homes so the hiking is 
fabulous right outside the door and all over the mountain.   
*Drive to the top of Bear Ridge at Pumpkin Patch in the Mornings for 
a glorious view of Sunrise and in the evenings to see that lovely 
Purple Haze the Blue Ridge is famous for. 
*Easy drive(less than an hour) to all the favorite spots.... or just 
relax like we do - with the cool breeze, a fire at night, a good 
book, fishing and hiking.

The Bear Ridge Community at Pumpkin Patch Mountain has terrific

Rental Rates for 2008
Daily Non-Holiday rate of $95.00 per night
Holiday and high season rate of 105.00 per night
Minimum Stay of 3 nights
•	3 day non-holiday weekend	$285.00                    Holiday 3 day Weekend           $315.00 
•	Weekly off season		$600.00                    Weekly in season	           $700.00
•	Monthly 	negotiable if available 
Security Deposit of $150.00    refunded 2 weeks after stay
Cleaning fee of $75.00  deducted from security fee plus any damages noted
Prepayment of Security and portion of rent required to secure rental
