Can you picture this place? We want to make sure you can. Come 
to ‘Las Casitas’ resort villas, located in San Felipe’s south beach 
exclusive development ‘La Hacienda’ this secluded complex is the 
relaxing jewel for those who refuse to be drawn to the ordinary. 

Las Casitas will enchant you and remind you of the bliss one should 
experience when on vacation. This is a place to turn your phones off 
and to read that book you can’t finish and to fall in love all over

Vacation Rental Amenities

Guests at Las Casitas will have exclusive patios, tennis courts, 
swimming pool and basketball court. 

- Las Casitas have 3 Bungalows and 2 Pool side Studios
- Furnishings have been kept simple, comfortable and Mexican.
- Bungalows have one king size bed, living room and the bathroom. 
The capacity is for 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old.
- Pool side Studios have one king size bed, sofa bed and the 
bathroom. The capacity is for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years 
old.
- All of our rooms have A.C., heaters, and hot water. 

The condos have a full kitchen.

Activities and Attractions

Guests at Las Casitas will have exclusive patios, swimming pool, 
tennis court, and basketball court.

The beach is four blocks from Las Casitas and the Condos.

Spectacular sunsets, unspoiled natural surroundings, but at the same 
time, close to San Felipe’s night life and restaurants.

Seven miles south of the Port of San Felipe Km. 1.6 on the 
Puertecitos Road

Las Casitas offers Bungalows and Pool Side Studios:
   $ 49.40 Sun-Thurs (2 night minimum)
   $ 130.00 Fri-Sat (or single night)
   $ 488.67 weekly

Other properties include:
1br Condo            $ 150.00 (sleeps 4)
2br Condo            $ 165.00 (sleeps 6)
We also rent houses starting at $225/night.  Please contact us for 
availability.

Policies:
Coldwell Banker Coastal Properties - Cancellation and Payment Policy
Please notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations. All 
cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. In addition, 
reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time (Baja Pacific Time) 
seven days prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to 
charges for one night's stay on weeknights and a two night minimum 
stay on weekends. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation 
will be charged for your complete stay seven days prior to your 
arrival. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation. Please 
note that the weekend rate will apply on certain weeknight holidays 
and special events. 

** SOME UNITS WILL ALSO REQUIRE A DEPOSIT **

* Seven (7) or more consecutive nights may qualify for a 15% 
Discount from single night rate.
* See Calendar to determine Availability.
* Rates for travel agencies include 15% commission.

Bungalow at Las Casitas
Bungalows have one king size bed, living room and the bathroom. The 
capacity is for 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old. 
Pets Not Allowed in Unit.

Poolside Studio at Las Casitas
Pool side Studios have one king size bed, futon and a bathroom. The 
capacity is for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. 
Pets Not Allowed in Unit.

Villas Deluxe 1 Bedroom Condo
Deluxe Condominiums have fully equipped kitchens, tile floors, and 
are fully furnished. One bedroom units have 1.5 bathrooms. Each has 
a King Size bed. Living rooms have futons or inflatable mattresses 
for additional guests. Maximum 4 people per unit. 
Non-smoking, Kitchen in unit, Pets Not Allowed in Unit.

Villas Standard 2 Bedroom Condo
Standard 2 bedroom condos feature an upper level living area with 
views of the Sea of Cortez and the nearby mountains. The Kitchen has 
a stove or hotplate, a refrigerator, and service for 6. The living 
area will sleep extra people on the couch, or futons.Both bedrooms 
are on the first level; one having a king bed and the other two twin 
beds. There are two full bathrooms, one on each level. Maximum 6 
people. 
Non-smoking, Kitchen in unit, Balcony, Pets Not Allowed in Unit.
