Vacation Rental Description

Unit 502 at Atlantis III by the Sea is a condo on Hutchinson 
Island.  It is located on A1A (Ocean Boulevard) just north of the 
Jensen Beach Causeway.  There are miles of beach just outside your 
door and view of the inter-coastal waterway from the entry.   
You will have beautiful sunrises on the East and sunsets on the West.

This spacious 1200 sq. ft. condo has 2 bedroom, 2 baths and is 
located on the 5th floor of a 7 floor high-rise. This condo is 
tastefully furnished in a Floridian style with a fully equipped 
kitchen, laundry, dining area,king size bed in the master bedroom 
and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, each having its own full bath.  
There is a spacious balcony to enjoy the oceanfront.  No smoking or 
pets are allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air conditioning & heat, full kitchen, king size bed in 
master bedroom, 2 twin size beds in 2nd bedroom.  Television and 
cable available in both the living room and master bedroom, VCR, 
iron & board, linens and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.   
The beach is just steps from your door.   There is a large private 
heated pool and deck for swimming and sunbathing.  Tennis courts, 
shuffleboard, 
picnic tables and gas grilles are available for use. 

Activities and Attractions

World class fishing, (shore & off-shore), boating, diving and golf. 
Miles of beautiful beach are just outside your door.  
Restaurants, groceries stores and gas are all available right on the 
Hutchinson Island.
Five minutes from the Treasure Coast Square Mall with movie 
theatres. 
Elliott Museum, Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center with Eco-Boat 
Tours of the Indian River Lagoon are both South and right on the 
island.
Ten minutes south is the Bathtub Beach Reef with great swimming and 
snorkeling.
Manatee Observation are in downtown Fort Pierce
UDT Navy Seal Museum is on North Hutchinson Island.
Two hours north are Orlando and Kennedy Space Center at Cape 
Canaveral.

Deposit required $1,000 per month
Renter responsible for Atlantis III association fee of $100, utility 
bill, phone bill and final cleaning of $100.
