If you want a romantic, private mountain getaway, THIS IS IT! The Blue Note Lodge is an A-frame cabin that is occupied by only your party during your visit. You have access to the property during your stay including house & decks.
We feature a full kitchen with an antique O'Keefe and Merritt stove, microwave, propane BBQ, and utensils if you enjoy cooking. We have WiFi and cable TV for you to enjoy as well as a selection of movies to watch on the CD/DVD/VHS/BLUERAY player.
The beautiful bedroom loft features a queen bed with open knotty pine ceilings and a small single bed alcove. A foldout futon provides sleeping space for another couple.
We are secluded for your privacy, yet only a 25 minute walk or 2 minute drive to downtown Julian.
The name Blue Note Lodge refers to a musical theme; there are several musical instruments for you to use during your stay.
This 1/2 acre mountain top property offers privacy, fantastic second story 360' views, manzanita groves, ponderosa pine trees, four types of oaks, two decks (with views to Palomar Observatory). Enjoy the hammock or swings located arount the property.
This is an excellent place to come and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet still be within a few miles of restaurants, shopping, hiking, and enjoying Julian's beautiful countryside.
