Osoyoos is in part of the only desert in Canada with the lowest  
rainfall, the highest temperatures, and the warmest lake.  It is  
located in the middle of Southern Okanagan wine country, whose award- 
winning wine matches any from France to California. 
 
Enjoy our premium waterfront holiday location.  A new luxury two  
bedroom condominium, fully equipped, with full kitchen, plasma  
T.V.'s, air-conditioning, and barbeque. We are located on the top  
floor with a large balcony offering Osoyoos’ best views of the  
lake.  The balcony directly overlooks the sandy beach were your  
family can enjoy Canada's warmest fresh water lake.  The lake has  
shallow depths allowing endless fun and water play for young  
children.  This accomodation will comfortably sleep up to six people

Osoyoos is known for great golf which can be enjoyed for ten months  
of the year.  The 27 hole Osoyoos Golf and Country Club is one of  
the southern Okanagan’s seven championship courses.  Osoyoos also  
features three nines – Park, Desert, and Meadows. 
 
Osoyoos is so warm, sunny and beautiful that it’s impossible to stay  
indoors for long.  Activities ranging from wakeboarding,  
waterskiing, and tubing, to walking one of the many interpretive  
nature trails in the area or cycling on the 11 mile International  
Hiking and Biking Trail, which passes many winery turn-offs by the  
time it reaches its end.  Rent a seadoo and take a ride on Lake  
Osoyoos which stretches fourteen miles and is a favorite for summer  
recreation There are seven marinas in Osoyoos offering powerboats,  
personal watercraft, skis, knee-boards and tubes for rent by the  
hour or day.  For the thrill of a lifetime, try parasailing in  
Osoyoos or guided horseback rides through desert lands. 
 
Close proximity to 35 award-winning wineries which offer tours and  
tasting.  Okanagan wines receive acclaim worldwide. The valley’s  
climate—long summer days and cool nights—produce small grapes with  
higher-than usual sugar content, creating intensely flavored and  
aromatic wines. A wide variety of red and white wine grapes are  
planted, with the reds thriving in the warmer south end of the  
valley, where Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Pinot Noir grapes produce  
the best local wines. The vineyards are nestled in the most scenic  
areas of the Okanagan. Wines from the Okanagan are receiving
