Vacation Rental Description

Large lakefront home (approx. 3000 sf) with four bedrooms and 3 full  
baths, sleeps 14, perfect for two families.  Boat dock located  
immediatly behind house on Metcalf Bay.  Lakefront deck with BBQ,  
patio furniture, outdoor spa and covered eating area that seats 12.   
Full view of Metcalf Bay from completely equipped kitchen and living  
room.  Living room has big-screen TV, cable, DVD/VCR and extends to  
area with pool table. Dining table seats eight and a breakfast bar  
has four stools.   Master bedroom has king bed, TV, VCR/DVD, lake  
view. Adjoining large master bath has double sinks, double  
shower/steam bath and Jacuzzi tub.  Second downstairs bedroom has  
queen bed and adjoining full bath with shower. Upstairs third  
bedroom has king bed and fourth bedroom has two twin over full bunk  
beds with twin trundle beds.  Upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom  
with two sinks, a shower and a claw-footed tub. Washer/Dryer. Double  
garage. Firewood. Three-slip dock immediately behind house on  
Metcalf Bay.  Access to boat rentals at Pleasure Point Marina, a 3  
minute walk away from the house.

Vacation Rental Rates

I Carefully maintain my availability calendar, please check it  
before you call or email about a particular date! 
 
$700/night High season (Winter/Summer). 
$600/night Low season (Spring/Fall). 
2 night minimum stay. 
 
Holiday periods: $$100-200/night more. 
 
Plus:  $200 management/booking fee and $750 cleaning/damange deposit. 
 
Rent plus management/booking fee subject to Big Bear Lake occupancy  
tax of 6%.
