We have three extremely nice Gulf-front condos at The Summit  
complex.  
Each has one bedroom, one and a half baths and overlooks the Gulf  
and  
the beautifully landscaped pool area from a spacious private  
balcony.  
There is a separate bedroom with king size bed, TV, radio/clock and  
phone, a queen size sleeper sofa and the living room and bunk beds  
in  
alcove in hallway. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher,  
microwave, blender, toaster-oven, coffee maker, cookware,  
washer/dryer (a real plus) and more. Also, there are ceiling fans,  
bed and bath linens, stereo tape/CD player, two satellite TV's, VCR,  
two phones with private line, air conditioning/heating. The complex  
offers two swimming pools (one heated), two kiddy pools, hot tubs,  
Tiki hut by pool, snack bar, beauty salon, charcoal grills, tennis  
courts, shuffleboard, exercise facilities, game room, easy access to  
the beach and 24-hour security.
