Vacation Rental Description

Our oceanfront condo is a penthouse (top floor) unit at Sugar Beach 
Resort (6 floors total) in Kihei, Maui.  There is one bedroom, one 
bath with a king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper (BRAND NEW) in 
the living room to accommodate up to 4 people.  The unit is non-
smoking and elevator accessible.  Enjoy all the comforts of home 
including central air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, 2 
televisions, cable, VCR, DVD player and high-speed broadband 
internet access (small fee).  

This Maui beachfront condo offers spectacular ocean views from the 
private lanai (balcony) and since it is a penthouse you can enjoy a 
peaceful vacation with no sounds from neighbors above!  The living 
room opens to the lanai so you can experience beautiful ocean views 
throughout the entire living area and kitchen as well.  There is a 
TV with a VCR and DVD player in the living room and also high speed 
broadband internet access available.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy 
your vacation including dishes, utensils, blender, dishwasher, 
microwave, toaster, stove, full-size refrigerator, etc.  

The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and also a TV so 
you will feel right at home.  Fresh, clean linens and towels are 
provided as well as an iron and ironing board.  The bathroom is 
attached to the bedroom but it can also be easily accessed without 
entering the bedroom.  

Sugar Beach Resort is located on the white, sandy beaches of Sugar 
Beach in Kihei, Maui.  Kihei is centrally located on Maui, just a 15 
minute drive from the airport and 5 minutes from up-scale Wailea.  
The resort is oceanfront and each of the two buildings is just steps 
from the beach.  The grounds are beautifully landscaped with 
tropical flowers and palm trees.  There is a large beachfront pool 
and also a Jacuzzi and sauna that overlook the ocean.  Plenty of 
lounge chairs are available at the pool and on the beach. There are 
also several gas BBQ grills for your use, 2 tennis courts and a 
putting green for practicing your golf game.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 24-December 15	 $139/night
December 16-January 03 	 $195/night
January 04-January 31	 $189/night
February 01-February 28  $195/night
March 01-April 23 	 $189/night

Rates are based on 7 night rental; rates may be slightly higher for 
fewer than 7 nights.  Rates are also based on double occupancy.  A 
charge of $12 per day will be assessed for each additional adult (18 
years or older) over the occupancy of 2.  Children age 17 or younger 
stay free. 

Minimum 5 night rental.  An $80 cleaning fee will be applied to all 
reservations and all charges are subject to state taxes of 11.42%.  

Cancellation Policy: 

Full refund for all reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior 
to arrival date, less a $150 cancellation charge.  All reservations 
are non-refundable for cancellations within 90 days of arrival 
date.
