Vacation where the edge of your patio is next to an 60-foot volcanic bluff with 180 degree
ocean views! Enjoy your your own large patio, with a breathtaking view and nothing
between you and the ocean. It's a short walk down to the pool and private
beach.
Our beautiful, ocean front 1,500 square foot vacation home comes completely
equipped. In the kitchen, top appliances, quality dishes, glasses,
cookware, etc. For entertainment, a 42" Pioneer Plasma HD (1080i) plus
2 flat screen TV's, with all major US stations, HBO & ESPN. Bring CDs, MP3s, VHS tapes,
video gaming system, or DVDs for the 3 TVs, or enjoy a movie from our collection.
Enjoy reading, watching the 42" Plasma HDTV, relaxing in front of the fireplace,
or surounded by nature on the patio. The master bedroom, with an
unobstructed ocean view, has a private bath.
Let the soothing sound of the waves lull you to sleep in our two,
comfortable California King pillow-top beds. The guest
bedroom's King bed can be separated, and made up as two
pillow-top twin beds. We have sheets for both set-ups.
Villa Calafia also comes with a delux inflatable,
queen-size airbed (with pump) that fits perfectly in front of the
fireplace. Both bathrooms have shower massage heads, extra
towels and linens. We provide NuSkin liquid body soap,
shampoo, and hand/body lotion in each bathroom. We have
beach and pool towels for you.
You can relax at the oceanfront pool/jacuzzi, with a view straight
off into the ocean. Swim some laps, play tennis on our private
court, and soak in the Jacuzzi spa. Walk down our private
cliffside stairs to Calafia's own beach to explore, swim, boogie
board, snorkel, or hang out and enjoy the beauty of it all. Surf at
your favorite Baja surf spot. We are next door to the historic
Calafia Hotel, with it's fabulous weekend buffet, and just minutes
from Fox Studios where the movie "Titanic" was filmed. Calafia
Paradise is a gated community, and is a perfect retreat for
couples, friends, or families because of its friendly, safe, and
relaxing environment. Enjoy nearby Rosarito Beach with an
abundance of excellent restaurants and local artisans, as well
as the lobster village of Puerto Nuevo five minutes to the south.
Golfers love the two well maintained and scenic golf courses
nearby. Many excellent vineyards are also near. Come relax, play,
and enjoy the beautiful coastline of northern Baja from Villa
Calafia.
