"Mountain Laurel" at Yonahlossee Resort & Club in Boone

Mountain Laurel is one of the finest homes within Yonahlossee Resort and Club, a private gated community located just minutes from historic Village of Blowing Rock in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  Yonahlossee is known for its private undisturbed setting and world-class tennis amenities and is bordered on three sides by Moses Cone Memorial Park, a 2700 acre National Park Preserve.

While staying at Mountain Laurel, families and friends will spend the majority of their time together in the Great Room, a huge room with high ceilings, intricate windows, and a towering dry-stack stone fireplace.  A Dining Area, surrounded by windows on three sides, easily accommodates large meal-time gatherings.  The gourmet Kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances is open to the living and dining areas and has a center island with eat-at bar. 

An expansive deck is accessed from the Great Room, a cozy Den, and the Master Bedroom suite.  The deck is both open and covered and furnished with abundant outdoor furniture for outdoor living and dining.  A soak in the large hot tub might be the perfect way to end one’s day. 

The Master Bedroom suite is located on the main floor.  The suite has a canopied king size bed.  The adjoining Master Bath offers a circulating tub, separate shower stall, and double vanities.

A spacious Guest Bedroom is also located on the main floor.  This bedroom has a king bed and private full bath. 

The lower level of this grand mountain home is a delight to explore!  There are three bedrooms, three full baths, a craft/play room, and a Media Room.  Everyone will love the Media Room with large screen, surround sound, and over-stuffed theater chairs (complete with drink holders).

Guests of Mountain Laurel are welcome to enjoy all of the amenities of Yonahlossee Resort and Club including a 25-yard indoor swimming pool, fitness center, three indoor Deco-Turf tennis courts, six outdoor
clay tennis courts, two full-time tennis pros, and a fully equipped Pro Shop. Use of the pool and fitness center is complimentary. Minimal fees are charged for use of the tennis courts and for tennis instruction.  Gourmet diners will delight in the fare offered by the onsite and four-star Gamekeeper Restaurant.

Wimbledon 135-2 is conveniently located between the towns of Boone and Blowing Rock, NC. Boone is
home to
NCAA Division AA Football Champs Appalachian State University with year-round cultural and athletic
programs
for all. Downtown Boone flourishes with unique boutiques, antiques, and flavorful bistros and cafes.

The Village of Blowing Rock is equally charming with wonderful shopping, parks, fabulous
restaurants, and
numerous cultural activities including the Robert Hayes Center for the Performing Arts and the
Blowing Rock
Stage Company. The Blue Ride Parkway with its miles of hiking trails, fishing lakes, picnic areass,

Rates for Mountain Laurel are seasonal and include a departure cleaning. This fully equipped courtside condo is available for nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay. Nightly rates range from $219-$389.
