Vacation Rental Description

Experience the super views and luxury of these spacious, 4-bedroom, 
Gulf-view homes, the ideal choice for your family 
vacation. Each cottage sleeps 10 and there are 2 cottages to select 
from.  

These are great accommodations for those who want to be close to the 
beach with lots of room for the entire family, yet require 
affordability in addition to a smothering of luxury.  As an added 
bonus, these homes also share a community pool and the beach is only 
75-yds. away. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The floor-plans for each cottage are generally identical and have 
been independently decorated to the owner's individual taste.  Each 
cottage has assigned parking for 2-cars.

The first-floors have two bedrooms and there is a washer/dryer in 
the hallway closet. The second-floor great rooms take advantage of 
the wonderful Gulf-views; with fully-equipped kitchens, living 
areas, dining areas and breakfast bars. Double patio doors lead to 
spacious balconies.  The third-floors hold a private loft area and 
bathroom.  Patio doors lead to another private balcony area where 
terrific views of the Gulf of Mexico can be savored.

Activities and Attractions

Scenic-30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18-miles 
between Destin to the west and Panama City Beach to the east.  This 
area is also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's 
lustrous powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the 
Gulf of Mexico.

We have two golf courses directly off 30A:  Santa Rosa Golf & Beach 
Club -"Purest Golf on the Panhandle" - Golf Magazine.  18-hole, Par 
72, measuring 6474 yds. Camp Creek Golf Club - "A mixture of savory 
ingredients and a chef's attention to detail have helped concoct the 
golf equivalent of a culinary masterpiece" - Rex Hoggard, Golf 
Week.  Located between Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach, an 18-
hole, par 72 championship course measuring 7,151 yds.  

Scenic Route 30A Bike Path -- The bike path meanders through quiet 
communities, alongside lakes, through woodlands and beach areas.  
The path runs from Blue Mountain Beach to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in 
length with 9-miles being off road.  A real fun activity for all the 
family.  Bike rentals are available throughout 30A.

Unique boutiques, fine-dining and family restaurants throughout 
Scenic-30A.

+ $160 cleaning fee and 11% tax.
Flexible booking schedule and no minimum booking requirement.
We accept checks, Visa & MasterCard.

Spring commences March 1 and runs prior to Memorial Weekend.
Summer runs from Memorial Weekend to mid-August.
Labor Day rates are the same as summer rates.

Reservations made for teenagers and young adults (under 25) will not 
be honored.
