My family had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything was very nice.
The weather was sunny all week and the water was beautiful, cant wait to next year.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

college kids dream get away...just like home

This condo was well situated in Destin and was a fair price. Our main complaint was with the lack of cleanliness. Dust bunnies,sand and hair were scattered throughout the condo and so we had to clean right when we got there. The building seemed to be in a bit of disrepair as there were numerous bulbs burned out, drier vents smashed, and things like this. I probably wouldn't stay there again. Like I said, college kids would feel right at home.

Owners response: All properties are inspected prior to guest arrival. Reports from guest regarding housekeeping issues are addressed asap. A report of a housekeeping issue was reported and a offer to send out the housekeeping crew was declined by guest. No reports of light bulb failures was reported and a call to the office would have resulted in bulb changeouts. All bulbs were reported as working prior to checkin. The reporting of sand on the floors a day after arrival is often caused by guest having the balcony doors open and then opening the front door which causes a draft thru the condo bringing in unwanted sand which is blown from the beach onto the balconies.
All comments regarding the conditions of our properties are taken seriously
and we assume all guest report conditions honestly. Therefore all efforts have been taken to correct any possible problems.
