Vacation Rental Description

Come and enjoy our beautiful Key West style duplex located on a very  
secluded street in Port Antigua, Islamorada, Florida.  The home is  
bordered in the front by your own private boat slip, and in the back  
you have a breathtaking view of the Florida Bay and a beautiful  
beach.  Only a handful of homes in the Florida Keys are actually  
located on a white sandy beach with magnificent sunsets, and this is  
one of them!  Enjoy your coffee watching a beautiful sunrise from  
your private balcony or private boat dock.  In the evenings, enjoy  
the incredible sunsets, sipping a glass of wine from your private  
terrace or from the white sandy beach.  This is a very quiet,  
peaceful and beautiful location which the whole family can enjoy.   
When the fishermen are out, the rest of the family can go swimming  
in  
the beach, lay out on the sand, or just relax indoors.

The first floor has a living area, a small kitchenette  
(refrigerator,  
sink and microwave), 1 bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. 
The main floor has a living room and dining room,  
a  
full kitchen (with all cooking utensils and appliances-dishwasher,  
microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker), one bedroom (2 twin  
beds),  
a master bedroom (1 queen bed), and 2 bathrooms.

Activities and Attractions

Islamorada, the American French Riviera, is the Sport Fishing  
capital  
of the world, so you'll find plenty of charter boats for big game or  
back-country fishing, as well as diving, snorkeling, and boat  
rentals.  In addition, there are tennis courts, a water theme park,  
shops, and lots of great restaurants.  You can also take a day to  
drive down to Key West, which is just 80 miles to the south.

Christmas and New Years  $7,100/month     $2,580/week
