Fully furnished with full kitchen w/ granite counters and stainless

Vacation Rental Rates

May - August : $110.00 per night (3 night minimum)/$675.00 per week/ 
$1850.00 per month.
September - April : $130.00 per night (3 night minimum)/$775.00 per 
week/ $2,200.00 per month.

Extended stays(3 months or more) rates are negotiable.

Securty Deposit : $500.00- $1,000.00, depending on length of stay.

All rates are subject to change until receipt of deposit.
Daily cleaning available for additional charge.
Stays less than a month will incurr a $70, one time cleaning fee.
