Vacation Rental Description

This unique and beautiful property sits on approximately five acres and is only a ten minute drive 
to Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island or Ocean City!  You will have the unique experience of a country 
home set back on acreage that is away from the hustle and bustle of the busy beaches.  When you are 
done with your day on the beach or out shopping, come back to a serene place where you will relax 
with the sounds of birds chirping and frogs making that fancy noise they make, and enjoy the Koi 
Pond with the relaxing sound from the water-fall!  (There are more 
pictures I can email... so many rooms but not enough space to display on this site.)

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three of the rooms have King-size beds, one room has two full beds and the other two rooms have 
Queen-size beds.  Each room is fully furnished with brand new modern furniture, a closet and a full-
size bathroom & shower.  Each room also has the unique feature of a seperate entrance to the outside 
with a deck.
The kitchenette consists of a microwave, full refridgerator with freezer, sink, stove, coffee and 
tea pots and of course, table and chairs for dining.
Please ask me about our linen service.  For a small additional fee, we can provide fresh linens for 
each room, fresh towels & washclothes if necessary.
Brand new Washer & Dryer.
Ample, private parking on property.
Large color television with cable.
Koi pond outside.
Although no one has rented this property with pets, we are animal lovers, so your pet is welcomed 
with some restrictions & a pet deposit.  Thank you for your understanding.

Activities and Attractions

Backs up to the Assawoman Wildlife Refuge Center & Camp Barnes, where you can hike, bike or canoe, 
bird watch, fish or go crabbing.  So bring your canoe, kayak, bike and fishing poles!  There's 
plenty to do for adults and kids alike!  We provide a parking permit for Bethany if that is your 
beach destination so there is no extra expense for parking meters.
Five short miles to the Delaware & Maryland beaches (Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach, Fenwick Island, 
Ocean City).
Close to the outlets in Rehoboth & West Ocean City. 
And of course, lots of fantastic restaurants to choose from up and down the coast from O.C.%2ose from up and down the coast from O.C., to 
Rehoboth and everywhere in between!

Vacation Rental Rates

This property is available for your vacation at the beach!  You can rent this wonderful property for 
just $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 a week (if you don't need all of the rooms, you don't pay for them); 
**No Extra Charge For Holidays!**
Reservations are Saturday to Saturday.  Please inquire for special situations.
**Person taking responsibility for signing the lease must be at least 25 years old.**
Reservations are made with a valid credit card, check or money order for 50% of the total cost and 
the remaining 50% will be charged upon arrival.
