beautiful home including guest house is located in the most sought  
after and quiet area of the Shores.  
This multimillion dollar, single-level luxury home sets the gold  
standard for pride of ownership.  Enjoy a horizon ocean view from  
the deck at the front of the house, dining room and kitchen.  The  
main home has two bedrooms, a study with a library, living room,  
dining room, and a kitchen with an attached family room.  A detached  
guest house has an additional bedroom and full bath.  Exquisite  
materials and finishing details abound.   
 
Away from the crowds and traffic associated with Wind & Sea, Shores  
beaches, but still only 5 houses to public beach access near the  
Famous Marine Room restaurant and La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is truly a luxury home for those used to the finer homes.   
Granite, stone, wood and two beautiful gas burning fireplaces  
complement the home.  Fully furnished with bed linens, dishes, and  
towels.  You need only bring your toothbrush and clothes.   
 
The main house has two bedrooms, with the third bedroom in the guest  
house.  The master suite has a king bed, dual sinks and a separate  
marble shower and jetted tub.  The second bedroom has two twin beds  
plus a trundle to easily sleep 3 and has a bath attached.  The  
living room also has a queen sofa sleeper.  The guest house has a  
queen size bed, closet, built-ins with TV/VCR and looks out onto the  
back patio area with fountain. 
 
All bedrooms have their own televisions, plus there is a TV w a DVD  
and VCR in the family room. 
 
Park your car and walk to the village or the shores restaurants and  
shops.  We have a small garage that can accomdate a mid sized car or  
Explorer or smaller SUV.  We also have room in the driveway for  
additional cars. 
 
Lovely small backyard patio, with table, gas barbeque and fountain. 
 
Wireless Roadrunner internet access; cable TV

Activities and Attractions

Surfing, snorkeling, swimming, biking and more.  About a 10 minute  
drive to San Diego's many entertainment and sporting activities. 
 
We also have boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels  
and bikes for use by our tenants.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 1 - June 30, 2009 $3,000 per week or $2,500 per week for two or more weeks. 
 
$4,500 per week for July and August, 2009 (already booked for 2008) 
 
September and October $3,000/week or $2,500/week for two or more weeks + $100 cleaning fee 
 
November 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009 already booked
