nestled on the Southeast coast of the 'Big Island' of Hawaii. A 100% remodel of the unit was completed in June of 2009.  This is a full one bedroom OCEANFRONT unit with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room.   High speed Internet in Unit.
Greet the sunrise from your lanai with a cup of Kona coffee and watch whales bask in the warm waters during winter months, spend your days exploring historic South Point, the volcano, nearby villages or just relax by the pool after a stroll to renowned Black Sand Beach. In the evening you can meet your neighbors while you grill your dinner by the pool.
Colony One at Sea Mountain offers all the convenience and luxury of
modern resort living in a timeless rural Hawaiian setting. Ideally
situated a 5 minute walk from Black Sand Beach at Punalu'u and just
a half hour drive from Volcano National Park where you can exper-
ience the thrill of watching lava flow into the sea. You will
return home from the lunar landscape of the park to a relaxing

Local style restaurants are just a few miles away in Naalehu or in
Pahala. The village of Volcano, just outside the park entrance on

Lodge (reservations a must) and Thai Thai as well as Kiawe Cafe and
Lava Rock Cafe.
