Pacific Sunset Groups stunning ocean front 4 bedroom- the Seastar.
The Sea Star is our four bedroom, three bathroom, two-story ocean
front penthouse. It is approximately 2000 square feet and can sleep
8 adults comfortably plus two small children on portable futons.
The Sea Star features a King size bed in the Master, Queen size beds
in the second and third bedrooms, and two Twin size beds in the
fourth bedroom. Each bedroom has access to an ocean view deck.
The Seastar features 4 ocean facing decks/balconies
with the Master Suite having a private ocean front balcony.
Sit back and relax, enjoy exceptional ocean views through floor to
ceiling windows. We offer private off-street parking in a large 2
car garage, central heat, designer furnishings, and all the
amenities you need for the ultimate in vacation living - our guests
are the happiest on the beach!

Sping and Fall Rates (4 night minimum)

• September-  $3,675 per week or $550 per night
• October- $3,325 per week or $500 per night

Winter Rates (4 night minimum) November—April

• 4 to 5 nights —$500 per night 
• 6 nights—$450 per night ($2,700 total rent)
• 7 nights—$425 per night ($2,975 total rent)

Winter/Spring Holidays—$3,500 per week 

Summer Rates (7 night minimum)

• Early June—$4,500 per week
• End of June / July / August—$5,600 per week 

Deposits: A $150 non-refundable holding fee is due upon verbal
confirmation of rental. The reservation fee, a deposit of
approximately 30%, is due within thirty (30) days of said
confirmation unless otherwise specified by PSG agreement. The
balance to be paid in full sixty (60) days prior to occupancy,
unless otherwise specified.
Cleaning fee is $150.00 - $160.00.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, any monies paid
shall be forfeited and may be refunded when and if the property is
re-rented for the complete term of the agreement or portions
thereof. We will make every effort to re-rent the property and to
return those monies recuperated through re-rental providing the
owner has not lost revenue. Security deposits, TOT, and cleaning
fees are always returned.
