Harry Harris park is a State Park with all the ammenities, beach,
tables and barbecues, trees, playground for kids, restrooms, boat
ramp, baseball field, basketball court.

The house is a single family home, with two bedrooms, two baths,
Spacious fully stocked kitchen and open living and dining room area

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a day bed with a second
mattress. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a balcony
facing a jungle of native trees. There are ceiling fans throughout
including the covered porch downstairs. Fully stocked kitchen with
counter bar seating, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker. Laundry closet with full capacity washer and dryer. One TV
set in the living room and one in each bedroom. It has an exterior
wash down shower to freshen up after a full day in the sun. Fish
Cleaing station for you to prepare the catch of the day.House is
fully furnished

Harry Harris Park just two blocks away. Spend the day at the beach,
get a table for your barbecue, go fishing at one of the bridges or by
the rocks or just lay down under a palm tree next to the water.

We are closely located to Tavernier Shoping Plaza offering dining and
entertainment. Movie theater, Liquor Store, Blockbuster Video
rentals, Winn Dixie Supermarket, US Postal office, Mc Donalds, CVS
Pharmacy, Pier One Store, Dairy Queen and Mariners Baptist Hospital.

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is close by and you can find
numerous diving centers and shops offering diving snorkeling and
kayaking excursions. Deep sea fishing charters are all within a few
minutes ride.

$1800,00 to $2,000 for monthly rentals
$300.00 deposit for weekly rentals and $500.00 for monthly rentals is
required within 10 days from placing reservation.
Deposit is refundable with minimum 30 days cancellation notice
For weekly rentals, full payment prior to arrival.For monthly

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.00 is also due prior to arrival
