Madeira Beach 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo located in a gated waterfront complex on the Boca Ciega Bay.
The complex is 200 yards from the beautiful white sandy Gulf beaches. Enjoy the beautiful Gulf
Sunsets. Newly furnished. Sleeps 6; Queen bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom,
queen sofa sleeper in living room. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Ceramic tile
floors, screened-in lanai faces a courtyard. The complex's main heated pool is around the corner
from the condo. Fishing Pier located in the complex on the bay. Enjoy a walk around the complex by
the beautiful boats parked at the complex's marina. Shops and restaurants are a few steps away.

Absolutely the best place. Clean, up to date, good beds and space. The area around is delightful. Everything is near by. Library, Win Dixie, postal office, the beach of course and gorgeous sunsets. What is not to love. This is my third stay and not my last.The discription was acurate. I highly recommend it.

A home away from home....MBYC

Everything was just as the description, photos and info said.When something did go wrong , it was taken care of immediately, without hesitation or questions. I highly recommend this place. My parents , who are 85 years old, travelled with me, and were really pleased.
The area around MBYC , is great.I recommend Win Dixie, , where they are so helpful, the library across the street, where tgere is access to online service, books and newspapers and of course the beach, stretching for miles and miles.
Shopping at Tyrone Mall, Target, Burlington Coats, and Elleton outlet is just there.
Eating out you should taste Britt's pizza at Britt's Cafe' ,Sloppy Joe's (...the sunset is unbelievable), and The Lobster Pot. I can't wait to go back.Thankyou for being a rental in Florida.....

A Local Get-Away

I recently rented this condo for my husband's birthday. The location is great - I was searching for something on the beach but not too far away from home (we live approximately 45 minutes-1 hour from the condo). There are several restaurants and shops that are walking distance or just minutes away by car. In addition, my husband's friends and family were able to take him golfing and fishing only 20-25 minutes away in Clearwater. Very convenient!
The condo itself was very clean, well decorated, and felt like "home". It's definitely ideal for a beach get-away...I highly recommend it!

Recommended for: families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
