50% deposit to secure your reservation. Remaining balance due in
USD cash at the time of your arrival. NOTE: We can not accept
checks or credit cards for remaining balance due.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. We will issue a
refund minus a 20% booking fee charge.
Holiday Season: Dec 21-Jan 4
Weekly rate upper level: $850.00
Weekly rate lower level: $1000.00
When booking for high season. 50% deposit to secure your
reservations. Cancellation less then 60 days, deposit returned
minus 25% booking fee charge.
