refrigerator, patio. All rooms with ocean view, except 2nd
bedroom.

Selfcontained units. Solar system ,wiht fans and ceiling fans .
Cistern rainwater for usage. Two
bicycles available for use and kayaks.

$85.00 per day one bedroom unit
$95.00 per day for two bedroom unit
with a minumum of 3 nights
$535.00 for one bedroom unit weekly rental - maid service 1X
$600.00 for two bedroom unit weekly rental - maid service 1x

Reservations, deposits and payments.
50% deposit to secure your reservation. Remaining balance due in
USD cash at the time of your arrival. NOTE: We can not accept
checks or credit cards for remaining balance due.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. We will issue a
refund minus a 20% booking fee charge.

Weekly rate upper level: $850.00
Weekly rate lower level: $1000.00
When booking for high season. 50% deposit to secure your
reservations. Cancellation less then 60 days, deposit returned
minus 25% booking fee charge.
