Hello and thank you for inquiring about our property. Here are some pictures of our one bedroom
unit. There is a queen size bed and a pull out sofa sleeper. Most furniture is new. This unit has
central air / heat, cable tv, dvd, vcr, full kitchen stocked with all cooking utensils, microwave and
so much more. Beautiful private patio with new patio set and BBQ. On site there is a pool / jacuzzi
and coin operated washer and dryer. We are located less than two miles from the famous Fort
Lauderdale Beach (The Strip). Walking distance to the grocery store, drug store, liquor store,
Holiday Park and so much more. The beautiful Galleria Mall for five star shopping is 1.5 miles
away. The Fort Lauderdale Airport and Port Everglades is a short 15 minute drive. We also have a
studio available at the same property. Our units are non smoking and extremely clean. Not only do
