4BR waterfront SF villa; quiet, yet close to attractions.
I personally own this private home that is locally managed. This is
my personal vacation home, but it is fully licensed/equipped for
short-term rentals.
NO PETS and NO SMOKING
Why stay in a cramped hotel when you can have your own luxury
executive single family pool home/villa for the same price (or even
less)?
This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is professionally decorated and
completely furnished. It overlooks a small lake/pond on Seasons Blvd
in the quiet single family home subdivision of the Seasons resort in
Kissimmee (off Rt 192 - behind Medieval Times). It is a newer home
(built 2005) and has not been a rental very long.
Located 7 miles from Disney and 1/2 mile from the Wal-Mart
Supercenter on Rt 192 (Rt 192 is the main road leading to Disney
boasting restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, etc).

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, en suite private
bathroom with shower, hair dryer, cable TV, overlooking the
pool/patio area and the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also overlooks the pool/patio area and the lake. The
third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a bunkbed
with a twin bed on top, full size futon bed on the bottom, and TV with Play
Station 2, DVD, and CD player. The secondary bedrooms share a full
bath. The house comfortably sleeps ten (10) and has three TVs total
(one is a big screen). All linens are provided (sheets, towels, etc).
It has a tiled eat-in kitchen complete with breakfast nook
(table/chairs), stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with
ice and water dispensers, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pool dishes,
pots/pans, utensils, etc ... everything right down to the towels,
potholders, and placemats! There is a breakfast bar with stools
between the kitchen area and the Dining Room. The tiled formal
dining room has large windows overlooking the playground and lake.
The spacious tiled great room boasts 14' high ceilings with ceiling
fan, a big-screen TV, DVD, entertainment center, and
stereo. In addition, there is a sliding glass door leading to the
lanai/pool area.
The south facing pool area overlooks the lake and sits 100% on the
water. It boasts a covered lanai and an oversized, heated, screened,
in-ground pool (pool heat additional cost, if desired). There is an
upscale patio table with chairs (with cushions). In addition, there
are matching cushion lounge chairs. There is also a picnic table.
The backyard sits 100% on the lake/pond which boasts a concrete path
for walking, jogging, etc. There is a private wooden swing in your
backyard that allows you to relax and look out over the lake/pond to
watch the ducks, turtles, birds, and beautiful sunsets. There are
also many palm trees in the open area beside the house (end lot with
no neighbors).
Additional features include 2 car garage, gameroom with Foosball and
Air Hockey, full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room,
iron and ironing board, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the
LR, MBR, and lanai, and 24 hour management services. Additional
options can be purchased including crib, high chair, welcome food
pack, computer, and/or fax machine. Please contact me for

6 night minimum to avoid cleaning charge.
In addition to nightly rate, please add 7% sales tax and 6% tourist
tax to total (Florida requirement). $250 security deposit required
(refunded within 30 days of departure).
