from the sand of Pompano Beach east of US1/ Ferderal Highway. This  
newly remodeled home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a private  
courtyard pool. Tile floors in main living areas, and carpet in the  
bedrooms. 2 car garage with covered parking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full service kitchen with granite kitchen countertops,new stainless  
steel appliances,refridgerator,glass top oven,dishwasher, microwave,  
blender,glasses, flatware, cookware. TV and DVD in masterbedroom and  
living room. Central A/C and laundry room. All new furniture with  
tropical flair. House is brand new condition. Linens, towels and  
beach towels are provided. Outdooor area with barbeque and lounge  
chairs.

Nearby activities are as follows: 
*  Walk to beautiful Pompano Beach (1 mile),waterfront 
   restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, ATM, fishing pier, grocery stores. 
*  Watersports include wave runner and boat rentals, charter fishing/ 
   diving/snorkeling trips and gambling cruises. 
*  Local deepwater dockage available at private residence 1.0      
   mile from vacation home for up to 30 foot boat within a mile     
   of hillsboro inlet with no fixed bridges. 
   Price is a $1.00 per foot per night (minimum $20.00, no  
   electric hookups). 
*  Tennis, golf, running/rollerblade/cycling track.

Vacation Rental Rates

We suggest weekly rates for better pricing, however, we will  
consider  
nightly rates (minimum 4 nights).   
Rates are as follows: 
November - April $1300 per week (us) 
May - October  $900 per week (us) 
****SUMMER SPECIAL**** $750.00 
 
Nightly rates are $180 low season/ $235 high season 
Holidays are additional
