Welcome to our home at Sandpiper Cove Resort! You have just found
one of the best places to stay in Destin. (the other best place is
our unit facing Destin Harbor at Sandpiper Cove).We are located
directly on the canal with an awesome view of the Destin Harbor. It
is the perfect place to stay especially if you want to bring your
own boat or jet ski. You can even rent a boat for the week and park
it at your back door!

Sandpiper Resort is a 42 acre quiet, secured, gated community
located on the famous Destin Harbor on the Emerald Coast. We have a
9 hole par 2 golf course, 6 tennis courts, 5 pools with hot tubs,
and shuffleboard which is free to our guest. Plus a beach
pavilion with great food and a full bar as you overlook 1100 feet of
private sandy beach.

Enjoy the sunsets and grill out while sitting on our balcony
overlooking the Destin Harbor. Bring your boat or jet-ski and ride
up to your backdoor. Complimentary boat docking is available to our
guest behind our condo in the canal or park your boat and trailer
under our double covered parking. Full electrical and fresh water
washdown is available right below our home.

Our home is completely furnished. Completely redecorated by
renowned interior designer, Stan Moser of Memphis. There is nothing
in Sandpiper that can compare. We have provided everything for
you and your family from beach towels, beach chairs to fishing rods.
The large master bedroom opens onto the balcony with a great view.
It has a king size bed, TV/DVD, stereo, and a full bath. The second
bedroom has a queen size bed, TV/VCR and a full bath. The couch in
the living room opens to become a full. We have a full size washer
and dryer and a regular sizw iron and ironing board. There is a
TV/DVD,and stereo in the living area for entertaining.

You can spend the day relaxing on the beach reading a book or catch
a movie from our extensive array of our favorite books and movies.

For the more adventurous you can fish or crab off our balcony.
Parasailing, jet skis, sailing, or ocean kayaks are available on the
beach. We recommend you go down to Gilligan's (a few blocks away)
and rent your own pontoon for your private dolphin or sunset cruise
or even hang out at Crab Island with the locals. For the fisherman,
we can take the guesswork out of finding a "good" Captain as we can
recommend several!

You are within a few blocks radius (by boat, car or water taxi)to
some of the finest dining the Gulf Coast has to offer. You are
within a few steps from our front door to the award winning
restaurant, Louisiana Langniappe. What a great way to spend an
afternoon on their patio overlooking the Destin Harbor.
