Come spend your winter enjoying the heated private  pool  (heat pump) and a hot tub.. The home has an open floor plan with lanai and pool views from the kitchen, dining area and family room. There is an additional living room at the front of the home. The master bath is en suite and the second bath is next to the guest bedroom. White sand beaches, boating, fishing., restaurants and shopping  are all just minutes away.  There are 5 golf  courses  in Rotonda alone. My home home is beautifully decorated..clean..comfortable with many creative touches that sets it apart from a typical rental. Hi speed internet connection and cable TV through ComCast will keep you in ouch with the real world while here in paridise.
 A fully equipped kitchen and gas grill on the lanai makes cooking at home a pleasure. Dine inside or out on the lanai. Relax in the hot tub or swim in the heated pool..
