Vacation Rental Description

'Dos Ventanas' is located behind the gates at Indian Wells Country 
Club.  This rare desert estate has impecable executive furnishings 
and the best of both 
breathtaking Indian Wells views.  You will enjoy the Classic Course 
views as your backyard and the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains from 
your living room and front courtyard sitting area.

This estate is meticulously landscaped with mature Queen Palms  and 
Date Palms.  Lush, manicured green lawns adorn the ample grounds 
of 'Dos Ventanas'.  This spacious three bedroom, two bath home is 
both a golfer's paradise and an entertainer's dream.  Large enough 
to have friends over, small enough to feel like your private 
casita.  The entire estate has been recently updated with the most 
tasteful of furnishings.

The huge master suite boasts a large plasma TV and a spacious 
sitting area that has full glass exposure to the 7th green to the 
north and your private pool and jacuzzi to the east.  Just imagine 
waking up to this 180 degree view!  The exquisitly designed master 
bath has a slate tile shower built for two with two sunflower shower 
heads.  Each of the two guest suites are furnsihed with king beds, 
spacious mirrored closets and a personal TV.  Both guest suite 
bedrooms also have dramatic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains to the 
south.

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art cooking 
utensils, new stainless appliances which include a professional six 
burner stove, two door refrigerator with ice and filtered water 
service on the door, large wine refrigerator, coffe maker and a cook 
preparation island.  You will enjoy serving a complete meal in this 
kitchen or just entertaining your guests with a few appetizers.  A 
formal dining table for six is just steps away.

The living room has two seperate sitting areas with large 
overstuffed casual producer's chairs and an 'L' shaped leather 
couch.  A large 54 inch projection TV is equipped with a VCR and a 
DVD player.  From your comfortable living room couch you will see 
both north and south views!  Why pick one when you can have both!  

There is an outdoor dining table for six just adjacent to the 
kitchen for those perfect desert evenings.  'Dos Ventanas' also has 
a newly remodeled sparkling saline pool with a pebble tech finish 
and a relaxing jacuzzi.  Float in your pool or relax in your 
private jacuzzi and enjoy views of the course to the north and the 
mountainside to the south.
