right out to the pool or the beach - no stairs and no elevator!
And, you still have a fantastic view of the ocean! This upscale
property includes two full size pools, 4 clay tennis courts
and shaded bike and walking paths.
The Surf and Racquet Club is a beautifully landscaped, secure, gated
community conveniently located in Summer Beach on Amelia Island just
a stone's throw from the world famous Ritz Carlton Hotel.

Hi-Speed Internet and HBO included, oceanfront covered patio, 2
cable TVs, VCR & DVD player, Stereo, CD player, fully furnished
kitchen, full-size washer and dryer. All linens and cooking utensils
are provided. Unit has King-size bed in Master and Queen-size sofa
bed for extra guests. The Surf and Racquet Club has 2 large pools
and a kiddie pool, 4 clay tennis courts, and beautiful walking/biking
paths. On request, the owner can arrange golf (and a discount) at
the fabulous Golf Club of Amelia (very close to the condo). We are
also close to several other golf courses (I will be happy to provide
you with a list of courses). This condo offers high speed internet
access at no addditional charge.
