Vacation Rental Description

patio in this beautifully decorated ground floor condo.  Just walk 
right out to the pool or the beach - no stairs and no elevator!  

And, you still have a fantastic view of the ocean!  This upscale 
property includes two full size pools, 4 clay tennis courts 
and shaded bike and walking paths.

The Surf and Racquet Club is a beautifully landscaped, secure, gated 
community conveniently located in Summer Beach on Amelia Island just 
a stone's throw from the world famous Ritz Carlton Hotel. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Hi-Speed Internet and HBO included, oceanfront covered patio, 2 
cable TVs, VCR, Stereo, CD player, fully furnished kitchen, full-
size washer and dryer.  All linens and cooking utensils are 
provided.  Unit has King-size bed in Master and Queen-size sofa bed 
for extra guests.  The Surf and Racquet Club has 2 large pools, 4 
clay tennis courts, and beautiful walking/biking paths.  On request, 
the owner can arrange golf at the fabulous Golf Club of Amelia (very 
close to the condo).  This condo offers high speed internet access 
at no addditional charge.

Activities and Attractions

Miles of Beaches, fantastic tennis (clay courts), choice of 2 full-
sized pools, golf (several convenient locations), beautiful 
walking/running trails, boating, fishing, jet-skiing, wonderful 
Island restaurants and shopping, tours of historic Fernandina and 
much, much more!

Carlton’s activities and events!

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season:   March - October.....$190/night..$1,095/week
Winter Season: Nov - Feb....$1800/month (daily/weekly reduced rates 
also available for winter months)

$55 cleaning fee and 9% sales tax apply to each stay
Hi-Speed Internet and HBO included!
Note:  Off-Season and Value-Season rates may not apply during 
selected holidays or special events.  Until confirmed, rates are 
subject to change without notice.  This is a non-smoking unit.  Pets 
are not permitted at the Surf and Racquet.
