floor unit offers a spectacular wide open view of the ocean.  Watch 
the ocean waves roll into shore, people playing on the beach, and 
the gathering of Seagulls & Pelicans. View a variety of water sports 
including jet-skis, parasailing, boating, wind surfing, skim 
boarding, and snorkeling from the balcony and every room. 

In order to preserve the clean air smell of this rental, this is a   
Non-Smoking unit, and Pets are Not Permitted. At least one renter 
must be 25 years or older to rent.

This beach condo has been specially designed as our family vacation 
getaway and look forward to you and your family enjoying it as well.

Vacation Rental Amenities

**Public Beach Access Directly Accross Street approx. 150 feet

2 Queen Beds and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (sleeps up to 6 people)
1 car garage stocked with beach accessories such as: beach bags, 
beach rafts, beach balls, frisbee, beach bucket and shovel, cooler.

Central Heating and Air Conditioning

Includes: Electric, Water, Cable TV, Local Phone Calls. Bed linens, 
bath towels and beach towels provided. Hair dryer, Iron and Ironing 
Board provided.

Johns Pass Village - within 1 mile away, a fantastic place offering 
shopping, restaurants and cafes, boardwalk, dinner cruise, fishing, 
fishing charter, boat rental, and more!

2 hours to Orlando and Disney attractions.
45 minutes to Tampa International Airport.
30 minutes to St. Petersburg Pier
1 minute to the best beach on the Gulf Coast.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan - Mar    $2500 per month
Apr - May    $700 per week  or  $2100 per month
Jun - Dec    $550 per week  or  $1800 per month

plus, a State Lodging Tax of 12%, and a one time 
Cleaning Fee of $55.00.

Reservation and Damage/Security Deposit - $250 deposit required to 
hold and confirm reservation.  Upon check out unit will be inspected 
and deposit returned within two weeks, less any expenses caused by 
tenant.

If arriving within 90 days, full rent, tax, deposit, and cleaning 
fee due at time of reservatiion.  If arrival is more than 90 days 
away, $250 deposit, plus 50% of the rent, tax, and cleaning fee is 
due at time of reservation, and remaining 50% is due 90 days prior 
to arrival.   

Cancellations & Refunds - if we are able to re-rent the condo unit 
for the same period and rental rate, we will refund the amount paid 
less any difference in rental rates and less a $250 administration 
fee.
