In order to preserve the clean air smell of this rental, this is a
Non-Smoking unit, and Pets are Not Permitted. At least one renter
must be 25 years or older to rent.

Jan - Mar $2500 per month
Apr - May $700 per week or $2100 per month
Jun - Dec $550 per week or $1800 per month

plus, a State Lodging Tax of 12%, and a one time
Cleaning Fee of $55.00.

Reservation and Damage/Security Deposit - $250 deposit required to
hold and confirm reservation. Upon check out unit will be inspected
and deposit returned within two weeks, less any expenses caused by
tenant.

If arriving within 90 days, full rent, tax, deposit, and cleaning
fee due at time of reservatiion. If arrival is more than 90 days
away, $250 deposit, plus 50% of the rent, tax, and cleaning fee is
due at time of reservation, and remaining 50% is due 90 days prior
to arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds - if we are able to re-rent the condo unit
for the same period and rental rate, we will refund the amount paid
less any difference in rental rates and less a $250 administration
fee.
