Vacation Rental Description

This condo is in the award winning Ashley Condominium on the 7th 
floor and has 1826 square feet of interior space.  This spacious 
Condo has a large balcony with comfortable patio furniture that is 
accessible from the living room. There is a breathtaking view of Sun 
Glow Pier to the north, from two of the bedrooms and the living 
room. Views of the river from the third bedroom. Master suite has 
oversized bath tub/shower, a walk-in closet, and separate his/hers 
vanity areas. The large fully-equipped kitchen has a counter with 
bar stools.  There is also a dining area. The condo is well 
maintained and has underground secure parking, secured access to the 
building, and secured beach access.

Linens, towels, dishes for 8. Cable TV, DVD VCR player, local phone 
service, air conditioning. Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Well 
equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice

nights    $100. each.  
Sept. - May reduced monthly rates available
12.5% tax  $90. cleaning fee.  $300. refundable security deposit, 60 day cancellation policy
Holiday/special event rates are higher
