Description:
SummerPlace is a small "neighborhood" just across the street from
the ocean. It is a very short walk to the beach -100 yards, and 3
houses away from the community pool. You have a great ocean view
from the large deck and widow's watch.

There are 4 bedrooms (3 queens, 2 doubles) Sleeps 10. 3 bathrooms.
Beautifully maintained home with spacious kitchen/dining area with
over sized living area. Open floor plan. Outside shower with H/C
water, ceiling fans, Central heat/Air conditioning, microwave,
dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, color TVs, 2 DVD
players, CD player, WIFI, phone, hammock, gas grill. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.
The kitchen is completely stocked for all of your needs.

Ocean Isle Beach is known for its family atmosphere and wide open,
clean beaches. You can walk or ride your bike to the family fishing
pier, ice cream store, restaurants, and putt putt golf. The North Carolina Coast
Museum is on the island and has all types of activities for the
whole family throughout the summer. There are 4-5 casual
restaurants on the island for easy dinners, some with entertainment
in the evenings. There are 20-30 golf courses within a 10 mile
radius for the avid golfer and rates are great in the summer!
Fishing boats go out of Ocean Isle, Calabash, and Little River for
the diehard fisherman. Or you can rent a pontoon boat for a casual
ride up the Intercoastal Waterway. Great fun!
And don't forget Myrtle Beach! Just about a 30 minute ride to all
of the fun and excitement of amusement parks, miniature golf courses
of all kinds, restaurants and shopping galore! You can have all of
the fun and lights of Myrtle Beach and then return to the relaxing,
calm of Ocean Isle.

Off season September through May will rent by the day/week/month.
Cleaning - $110.00 to be paid in advance for the cleaning service at
the end of your stay. There is also a 6% city tax on the rental
price.
A $400.00 Refundable Security deposit is required.
1/2 deposit is required at booking.
Remaining rent, $110.00 cleaning, and a separate check for the $400
Refundable Security deposit are due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If
the house is left in good order we will send back your original
security check after the house has been inspected.
If you book a date within 4-6 weeks of arrival date payment is due
in full at that time.
Arrangements will be made for the key upon arrival.
