These rates are subject to change, and are approximate.
There is an additional charge of $95.00 per reservation which
includes cleaning and taxes.
$200+ security and damage deposit per rental. If the reservation is
cancelled,
the deposit is not refunded.

Four night minimum during the summer rate period and some holidays.
Three night minimum remainder.

Rent is due one month in advance. A $200 security/damage deposit is
required to reserve your dates for rentals less than one month. For
reservations for rental periods for one month or more, a $500
deposit is
required.

No refund of rent is made upon cancellation by renter, if
cancellation
(or date change request) ismade less than 30 days before rental
period. No refunds are made for inclement weather, unless a mandatory evacuation order is in effect during your rental period.

Personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank is the preferred method of payment. We do not accept credit cards.
