Summer Rates: June 1 2013 - June 29 2013 -- $1.155/Week or $175/night
July 4th week - 7 nights for $1400

Summer Peak rates: July 8 - Jul 31, 2013- $1200/week  or $185/night

Summer low rates: Aug 1 - Aug 29, 2013 - 7 nights for $910 or $135/night

Labor Day, Aug 30 - Sept 3: $145.night

Fall 2013, Sept 4  - Dec 31 2013 -- $120/night or $770 for one week

Special rates may apply to certain holidays
and special events.

*4th of July week, one week minimum (check in and check out dates flexible)
*Labor day weekend, 3 night minimum at $145/night
*Shrimp fest weekend, 3 night minimum = $500
*Thanksgiving holiday, 3 night minimum = $500

These rates are subject to change, and are approximate.
There is an additional charge of $100.00 per reservation which
includes cleaning and taxes.
$200+ security and damage deposit per rental. If the reservation is
cancelled, the deposit is not refunded.

Four night minimum during the summer rate period and some holidays.
Three night minimum remainder.

Rent is due one month in advance. A $200 security/damage deposit is
required to reserve your dates for rentals less than one month. For
reservations for rental periods for one month or more, a $500
deposit is
required.

No refund of rent is made upon cancellation by renter, if
cancellation
(or date change request) is made less than 30 days before rental
period. No refunds are made for inclement weather, unless a mandatory evacuation order is in effect during your rental period. The deposit is refundable if everything checks out OK in the condo after you leave, I get the keys back, and your departure is made by the departure time.

Personal checks drawn on U.S. banks and credit cards (Visa, m/c and Discover) are accepted for payment.
