oven, automatic coffee-maker and blender serve your convenience.
The refrigerator has an automatic icemaker. A private washer\dryer
is ready for your clothes. There are two 27" color television sets
with cable, a VCR/DVD player, and a stereo. With a king-size bed, a
queen-size sleeper sofa, and two built-in twin bunk beds, this unit
will sleep up to six people. Linens and towels are all included.

No refunds due to early departure for any reasons except mandatory
evacuation. No refunds of security deposit if cancellation after 6
weeks before check in. $25 processing fee for all cancellation.
There is $200 fee for breaching contract or early termination of
lease if owner agrees to refund unused rentals for special
circumstance.
