13 miles from Hunter Mnt. This lovely little 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath log
cabin located in the northern Catskills sleeps 9 people. Bedroom 1
and 2 (downstairs) each have a double bed. There is a futon in the
living room. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has 4 twin beds. This room is
PERFECT for the kids! 2 car detached garage, TV/DVD
player/satellite. Stereo/CD player. Fully equipped kitchen.
Woodburning stove. Sliding door out to large deck with
a "woodburning" hot tub (the kids get a real kick out of this).
Nestled in the woods, set back off of a quiet road. 3 acres to
explore!
Only 2.5 hours from NYC....but a world away! Come and enjoy all that
the area has to offer....or sit back and just enjoy a quiet weekend
in the woods. We are sure you will love this cabin as much as our
family loves it!
This cabin is ideal for one or two families with children.

Please Note: You MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent this
property.
**Hot Tub note - Due to extreme temperatures in the mountains, and
the possibility of the water access or drain freezing, we can not
guarantee that the hot tub will be available December - March. We do
our best to keep it functioning in the winter but the tub is
an "extra" - please don't rent the cabin in the winter if ability to
use the hot tub is crucial...we don't want anyone to be disappointed!

country skiing and snow tubing (Windham and Hunter). SPRING and

well as many festivals. 60 miles from Cooperstown (Baseball Hall of
Fame) and 30 miles from Woodstock. Many choices for casual and fine
dining.

There is a $250 fully refundable security deposit. 50% of the rental
rate is required at time of reservation. The balance of the rental
fee is due 30 days prior to check-in.
