Located in the heart of the Florida Keys, our recently renovated 
Penthouse Suite has everything in 2's.  This spacious 1400 square 
foot 2 level Penthouse has 2 beautiful master bedrooms with 2 lavish 
bathrooms.  The 2 decks on 2 levels have 2 180 degree breathtaking 
views.  Our new Gourmet kitchen, which features granite countertops 
and a professional stove, will make you feel like you are in Emeril 
Lagasse's kitchen.  The main master bedroom suite features a 
comfortable king size bed, balcony, connecting office loft, and a 
beautiful "work of art" bathroom.  The second master bedroom is 
beautifully decorated and has an equally comfortable queen size 
bed, connecting full bath, and access to the lower patio through 
sliding glass doors.  You will experience a fabulous 180 degree Gulf 
view from 2 outdoor patios where you will have a ring side seat to 
view our world famous sunsets all year.  Breathtaking views from 
every room make this condo an experience you will never forget.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This magnificent condo was recently renovated with the utmost flair 
and could be featured in "Architectural Digest".  It is air 
conditioned and includes telephone, cable, TV, VCR/DVD, and CD 
player. A new gourmet kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of counter 
and cabinet space. A wine cooler and side by side refrigerator with 
ice maker will give you plenty of storage for all your food and 
drinks.  All cooking utensils, including a food processor, blender, 
toaster, coffee grinder, and many other items too numerous to 
mention are included. 
All linens are provided and a washer/dryer is available.  
The condo has a wonderful heated pool with two saunas.  
There is an outdoor deck on the ground floor with dual gas grills, 
recreational room with pool table, fish 
cleaning station, tennis court, exercise room, car wash station, and 
a small beach area with lounge chairs and a swim access.

Activities and Attractions

Coco Plum Beach, Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda Park are just a 
short distance away.  If you desire excitement and nightlife, Key 
West is less than an hour away. Marathon has everything the 
sportsman could ever want. Diving, snorkeling, golf, eco tours, 
birding, bicycling, kayaking, fishing, lobstering and boating are 
all available within a few minutes away.  
The best part of it all is the weather..... no sleet or 
snow, just great warm, balmy days and cool nights.  Numerous 
restaurants will entice you with "the catch of the day" and make you 
feel a part of the local laid-back ambiance.  If none of this 
appeals to you..... there are plenty of places to just watch the 
world go by and settle in with a good book.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008/2009 RATES:  (Call for rates for your specific dates)
Summer: June through August - Monthly:  $5500
Fall:  September through November 15th - Monthly: $4800,
Holiday: November 16th through January 3rd - Monthly: $5700
In-Season 2009: January through March- Monthly rate of $5900. 
  (sorry...this is booked out for the 2009 Season)
Payment Options: Personal check, Bank Draft, Pay Pal
11.5% local taxes and security deposit are not included in rate.
Rates are subject to change without notice.  There is a $65 cleaning 
fee for all shorter term rentals.
This is a strict non-smoking unit that is not particularly child 
friendly due to open decks and spiral staircase.  Sorry, condo rules 
prohibit pets of any kind or size. 
There is on-site dockage that can be arranged with the dockmaster.
