Vacation Rental Description

Labor Day weekend (August 30 - September 6, 2008) - only $1,299/week..  Regular non-holiday 
weekly rate is about $1,600 if bought through the resort's 
recommended reseller, holiday weeks usually sell for more. I am 
open to all ***REASONABLE*** offers.
Optional GOLF and all-inclusive packages.
  
Luxurious boutique gold crown beach resort on the Riviera Maya south 
of Cancun. Walk to 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen no car needed for 
many great restaurants and shopping. Located in the prestigious 
gated Phase I of Playacar in Playa del Carmen.

Close to Xcaret and minutes away from ferry to Island of Cozumel. 
Tour Mayan ruins/pyramids. Optional all-inclusive meal plan. On-site 
restaurant and snack bar. A very relaxing and quiet resort. Pick-up 
at airport can be arranged. Discounted spa rates. 

The timeshare is also available FOR SALE.  It is an older PERPETUAL (no expiration) timeshare with 
OPTIONAL all-inclusive package and access to the soon to be opened Tres Rios eco resort.  
Newer/current timeshares do not offer any of these benefits!

open to any ***REASONABLE*** offer.  

Please feel free to inquire about other weeks (subject to 
availability upon request, EXCLUDE: Christmas, New Year's, Holy and 
Easter weeks) at either FV or other Sunset Group resorts in Cancun.  FV usually sells out 5-6 
months in advance, but I can get a room at other Sunset Group resorts in Cancun (Royal Sunset, 
Sunset Lagoon, etc).  Ask about the terms since these resorts, unlike FV, have a mandatory all-
inclusive at a cost of about $75-80 per adult per day. 

The timeshare with the golf package is also available for SALE. 
Perpetual Red/Gold membership includes 1 + 3 VIP weeks each year.  
Choose from 48 weeks a year, excludes X-mas, New Year's, Holy and 
Easter weeks.
