Please feel free to inquire about other weeks (subject to
availability upon request, EXCLUDE: Christmas, New Year's, Holy and
Easter weeks) at either FV or other Sunset Group resorts in Cancun. FV usually sells out 5-6
months in advance, but I can get a room at other Sunset Group resorts in Cancun (Hacienda Tres Rios Eco-Park Resort, Royal Sunset,
Sunset Lagoon, etc). Ask about the terms since these resorts, unlike FV, have a mandatory all-
inclusive at a cost of about $75-80 per adult per day.

The timeshare with the golf package is also available for SALE.
Perpetual Red/Gold membership includes 1 + 3 VIP weeks each year.
Choose from 48 weeks a year, excludes X-mas, New Year's, Holy and
Easter weeks.
