Bright, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the third floor
overlooking the 11th hole of the golf course and a small lake, a
beatiful view from the lanai. There is elevator access and a reserved
spot in the carport right out front. Unit is tastefully decorated
with new furniture and includes everything you would expect in a
first class rental property.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet,large
bathroom with dual vanity. There is a sliding glass door onto the
lanai off the master bedroom. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV,
and plenty of closet space. The kitchen has a cozy eat in area and
the living room is large enough to entertain several friends in
comfort.
The Vanderbilt is a private gated community in North Naples where
you can truely enjoy country club living at its finest. It is away
from all the traffic congestion yet still convienent to downtown and
the beaches.

There is a nice workout facility, 6 Har-cor lighted tennis courts,
pro shop, 14,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and restaurant and of course, the
18 hole par 72 Gordon G. Lewis signiture golf course which is
challenging for all levels of play with multiple tees .
