Vacation Rental Description

Our Las Vegas vacation home is a beautiful guarded and gated golf
course community, is just six miles west of the famed Las
Vegas strip. Since we are only 3 blocks from the new interstate 215,
you can get downtown or to Summerlin in less than 10 minutes.  The
nearest major intersection is Durango and Warm Springs, for you
Mapquest users. Our home is located in one of the best
and safest neighborhoods in Las Vegas--away from all of the crime and
congestion that is found when you stay on The Strip. Our community has
guards that patrol the streets each hour to ensure your peace of mind. 

The house is a newly-built 1900 square foot house with 3 bedrooms and
3 full baths. All bedrooms have pillow top queen mattresses. The
home has 20 foot ceilings in the living and dining rooms, a kitchen
area with a large center island and breakfast nook, a separate laundry
room, a 2 car garage, and a walled back yard patio area. The backyard
is complete with desert landscaping and has been outfitted with a 4
hole putting green. You can work on your putting in the backyard
before playing on the public golf course, which is just
steps away.

The house is equipped with wireless high speed internet, a large
screen TV, 2 DVD players, a home stereo, and a small ofice area with a
PC, as well as all linens and towels.

Activities and Attractions

Our home is just steps from a great golf course, so you
can walk on the many paths within the community to enjoy the beautiful
landscaping and the stunning Red Rock canyon views. There are several
grassy parks and playgrounds for the kids within the community.
Due to our excellent location, you can jump onto the nearby 215
expressway and be in Red Rock State Park is less than 15 minutes, or
drive to Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam in about 30 minutes. Death
Valley is about 2.5 hours away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $120 per night
Usually rents for $799 per week
Rates will be 25% higher during holidays or convention weeks
$150 cleaning fee
