Vacation Rental Description

This luxurious villa offers four bedrooms/two en-suite masters,  
three  
bathrooms, and a 30'x 15' heated pool with spa. It is located on the  
Sanctuary at West Haven, a gated community. And it's just ten  
minutes  
from Disney World, two minutes from Champions Gate Golf Course, and  
near all the major attractions. This brand new luxury vacation home  
has been professionally furnished throughout to the very highest  
standards, and is beautifully decorated. The house is fully equipped  
with all the amenities. We have even upgraded all the mattresses to  
guarantee a good night's sleep.  
There is a screened, private, heated pool and spa with a safety  
fence  
for your peace of mind. The stunning pool and the extended deck is  
one of the largest offered by any house builder in the region.  
 
Our vacation home is fully licensed by the state of Florida. We use  
a  
highly recommended management company with friendly, 24-hour support  
for our guests.  
 
This quiet, peaceful, and spacious villa can accommodate any family  
size up to ten people. Guests will enjoy the luxury of two master  
ensuite bedrooms --one with a king-size bed and one with a queen- 
size  
bed. There are two twin beds in each of the remaining two bedrooms.  
 
Amenities include cable TV and telephones in each bedroom, one queen- 
size sofa bed in the family room, bed linens and towels, a washer,  
dryer, laundry detergent, cable TV, a DVD, hi-fi a VCR, a  
PlaysStation 2, a small selection of games, movies, and books in the  
living area, a separate dining area and breakfast nook in the fully- 
equipped kitchen, patio furniture, and a highchair, cot, and  
stroller.
