Located on beautiful Navarre Beach, Fl this fourth floor condo offers expansive views of the gulf
with plenty of
privacy and 3 miles of unspoiled beach on Santa Rosa Island. We are bordered by a State Park to the
East and
by the National Seashore to the West. Our beach has been renourished over the past 2 years and is
waiting for
you and your family/friends to come and enjoy.

The condo is direct ocean view on the 4th floor. The unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a
balcony that overlooks the gulf. The balcony can be accessed from both both the living room and the
master suite. There are nine foot ceilings throughout.
The views are incredible. You will see some of the finest sunsets there are and if you are an early
riser you can
enjoy the morning quiet on the balcony or shelling on the beach. The second bedroom has a view of 
Santa Rosa Sound.

The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, cooking
utensils, blender, etc. 
The dining room seats 6 comfortably.

There is tile through out the entry, kitchen and baths. There is carpet in the bedrooms.

The master suite is spacious and has a king size bed and wall mounted hd TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and two chairs that open into twin beds. The livingroom has a queen- size pull-out sofa. This unit can accomodate 8 people .
There are plenty of linens, pillows, and towels provided. ** Bring you own beach towels **.
Both baths have oversized tubs for soaking after a long day at the beach.

This unit has high-speed wireless internet so don't forget your laptop.

In addition to above rates, there is a $ 250.00 refundable deposit, 10.5 % Fl. Bed Tax and a
cleaning fee of
$ 125.00. There must be and adult age 25 or over at all times.
& Pay by check or by Credit Card with Pay Pal. They charge 4%.
Check in time 3 pm Check out time is 10 am. Our cleaners need to prepare for the next guests.
Payment info: 50% is due within 7 days of booking, balance will be due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
