your coffee in the morning, cocktails and sunsets in the evening,
and a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico. If you are looking for a
quiet community with no elevators, this is the place for you!

coffeemaker, mixer, blender, dishes/cookware/utensils.

King size bed in Bedroom, 1 queen sofabed in family room and 1 full
sofabed in sunroom.

Linens/towels/beach towels, central air conditioning/heating, cable
TV (2), VCR (2), DVD (2), stereo, CD player, gas grill.

Washer/dryer available in complex.

Although you won’t want to leave this charming cottage and its
beautiful beach, you are conveniently located near excellent
restaurants, retail shops, golf, miniature golf (directly across the
street), a fishing pier, deep see fishing excursions and casino boat
cruises. Only 2 miles away to the mainland (Seminole), you will
find several grocery stores, restaurants, a shopping mall, a movie
theater and medical facilities. A few minutes down the beach
is “John’s Pass Village”, a rustic boardwalk/fishing village that
has a unique collection of shops and restaurants. A trolley runs
along the beach from St. Petersburg Beach to Clearwater Beach,
stopping at points of interest, shops and restaurants. The trolley
stop is directly across the street from the cottage.

Indian Shores is just 40 minutes away from Tampa International
Airport and 25 minutes from St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport.

Popular Florida attractions including Tampa’s Busch Gardens,
Orlando’s Disney theme parks, Sea World and Universal Studios are
just a one to two hour drive away.

$600 per week - January - April

Cleaning Fees - $50

A 25% deposit is required to hold reservation. Balance is due in
full 30 days prior to reservation date. Deposit will be refunded if
cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to arrival date. If less
than 60 days, deposit will be refunded only if unit is re-rented.
