4 Bedroom 2 Baths with Pool and Parking! in Seaside Heights

Large 4 bedroom condo, newly renovated and decorated in 2010. Fully furnished, nicely decorated, clean, central air conditioned, off street parking, centrally located within Seaside and only a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk. We have an in the ground swimming pool with large deck and a spacious, fenced in courtyard for grilling, sunning and relaxing.

This is a stand alone unit on 2 floors. While it has central air conditioning and heating, the location provides lots of windows for those who prefer fresh ocean breezes.

You are right next to the pool and couryard.

There are only 6 units in the entire complex.

Small to medium size, friendly animals that are registered are allowed. Please keep animals under control (on a leash) at all times and be courteous to other guests.

Kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. Dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, etc. are provided. There is even a blendor for the parottheads!

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and the two bedrooms upstairs have 3 full size beds.

The living room has a pullout couch, cable TV
and a DVD player.

Please provide your own sheets and towels (beach, bath and kitchen). We have comfortors for each bed.

The complex has a sunning deck, umbrella table and chair sets and tasteful landscaping.

There is a washer and dryer on the complex too!

Things to do in Seaside Heights in the Summer

First of all, we have a pool...

Boardwalk has lots of rides for all ages, games, arcades and
entertainment. Water park, miniature
golf, lots of great restaurants and night life for the adults.

There are also public golf courses, fishing docks, boat ramps
(charge), free concerts on the
boardwalk, free movies for both under and over the age of 13 and
tennis and basketball courts.

Boating, jet skiing and fishing are a few recreations to mention.

Atlantic City is just 50 minutes away, bus services available.

June 25th through Labor Day....$2200 per week.

Deposit of half the rental rate is due upon reserving the unit, and
the balance plus security deposit of $100 is due 30 days prior to rental date.
