Vacation Rental Description

Nice 4 bedroom condo, newly renovated, fully furnished, cable TV, wireless internet, off street 
parking, centrally located, only a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk, an in the ground swimming 
pool with large deck. There is a spacious, fenced in courtyard for grilling, sunning and relaxing.

This is a  stand alone unit on 2 floors. While it is air conditioned and heated, the location 
provides lots of windows for those who prefer fresh ocean breezes. 

You are right next to the pool and couryard. 

There are only 6 units in the entire complex. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave,  coffee pot and toaster. Dishes, utensils, 
glasses, 
pots and pans, etc. are provided.

The bedrooms have full size beds, dressers, and a closets for hanging items.

The living room has a full size queen pullout. It has a cable TV and a DVD player. 

Please provide your own sheets and towels (beach, bath and kitchen).

The complex has a sunning deck, umbrella table and chair sets, tasteful landscaping, washer and 
dryer. 

Activities and Attractions

Things to do in Seaside Heights in the Summer

First of all, we have a pool...

Boardwalk has lots of rides for all ages, games, arcades and entertainment.  Water park, miniature 
golf, lots of great restaurants and night life for the adults.  

There are also public golf courses, fishing docks, boat ramps (charge), free concerts on the 
boardwalk, free movies for both under and over the age of 13 and tennis and basketball courts.

Boating, jet skiing and fishing are a few recreations to mention. 

Atlantic City is just 50 minutes away, bus services available.

Vacation Rental Rates

Seaside-Heights Rentals rates are based on weekly summer rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Check 
in at 2PM (we can be flexible)

June 14 through August 30(for the week) - $2000
September - $1800

Memorial Day weekend is also available. 

Available year round, please inquire. 

Deposit of half the rental rate is due upon reserving the unit, and the balance plus security deposit 
of $250 is due 30 days prior to rental date. 

Check in at 2pm on Sat. Check out by 11 am the following Sat.
