4 Bedroom 2 Baths with Pool and Parking! in Seaside Heights

My husband, myself and another couple along with our children stayed in this condo in july 2012. We arrived to find the two queen size beds that are in the description, have changed to a king size bed and a full size bed. We had to go out to the store and buy these size sheets. The Pull out couch is not usable the spring on the bottom that holds the bed is broken plus the foam was stained and unsanitary; the couch had stuffing coming out of the cushions. Would not let my kids sit directly on, I put a sheet down over the couch. I would also suggest to bringing curtains if you want to sleep past 6:00am, no curtains in entire home. We used our beach towels and old holey comforter (that was left on bed for our use, I would recommend bringing your own blankets) to cover the windows. There is no blender for the Parrotheads, as stated in the descrpition; we had to go out a buy this also. there is a property/ maintenance man that comes around, we would only see him at night around 8ish, I would suggest if you do rent to make sure this maintenance man knows not to come into your rental without your consent. Found him in our house while I, my husband and our teenagers were gone but while the other couple that rented with us was in their room trying to put their child to sleep. Refrigerator leaked we did tell the owner of prop but nothing was done. We had to use one of our own bath towels to soak it up all week. The maintence man used our toilet plunger to plunge our kitchen sink that was clogged I was disgusted that was unsanitary. Would not rent this property again and will not rent from this owner again.

Surfside Condo Rental

I have spent a week at a time for 2 summers at the Surfside Condos and plan a return next summer. Glenn and Sharon are great owners and take care of the property and their renters. The property is clean, well maintained and family friendly. I come down the shore from Massachusetts to spend the time with my elderly mother, my children and my siblings. Pool is clean and inviting at the end of a day at the beach which is 2 blocks away. Having parking on the property is a great plus, along with the washer and dryer.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, pet-friendly, tourists without a car
